In many organizations, finding the right colleague still takes too much effort. Contact information is often scattered across tools, hidden behind search, or locked in static directories that don’t reflect real working relationships.
We built My Contacts to change that. The aim was to bring the most relevant people directly to the intranet homepage - using Microsoft 365 collaboration patterns and Entra ID data to surface the right contacts at the right time. The result is a flexible, easy-to-use web part that helps employees connect faster and collaborate more naturally, while giving editors control over how people are presented across the intranet.
